MVP Development

Discovery and market research
The discovery phase is an important step in the process of developing a minimum viable product that sets us up for success. During this phase, a business analyst will:

- Identify your target market, create a detailed customer profile, understand business needs, identify customer pain points, and research market leaders and potential enhancements.
- Interview stakeholders and analyze the business idea, budget, features, and integrations.
- Recommend a pricing strategy for your product based on your target audience.
- Plan a key performance indicator board to track the success of the minimum viable product.
Prototyping and Design
After the discovery phase, the next step is to create a roadmap for feature development and prototype the main product architecture. During this phase, we:

- Determine the core functionality of the MVP
- Draft a roadmap of prioritized features based on user stories and a cost-benefit analysis
- Recommend the optimal technology stack and programming languages for the product
- Agree on the project scope, timeline, and budget
Development Process
Next, it's time to bring the engineers on board to bring our product to life. Our technical team works in short bursts to deliver incremental results towards our shared goal. This allows us to provide regular updates and adjust our approach at the early stages, as needed, to avoid poor performance.
